Ruffian. I would put my bet on it being a sandwhich… its westernized food right there!!! even if its gluten free it was refined somehow or someway. stuff was added to make it stick together. furthermore, cross contamination from it being made in a restaurant or cafe further increases cross contamination likelyhood.

I think that’s why my combination abx protocol – in low doses and pulsed – seems to work for me, (even though Lyme and CPn have been detected as in my mix). The meds work in concert with a very changed diet (as recommended by my doc/naturopath team):
no gluten, no dairy, no sulphites, low sugar, low salicylates. Because of this, since 2008, I only eat fresh and cannot remember the last time I ate anything out of a packet. Interestingly, even though the gluten intolerance was picked up through (non-conventional) electro-magnetic testing, I have now found out (from conventional blood tests) that I carry two of the genes that give the propensity for celiac.

    Be well! Lynnie
