I read of this product, also. My concern was its’ immune stimulating effect. Personally, I stay away from anything that has immune stimulating qualities…my immune reactions are not predictable!!
As far as the claims made on the product, I have no idea if what they are saying is true. I think taking a “wait and see” approach might be wise. I do eat fermented food (sauerkraut) with the hope it is keeping gut flora healthy.
