Gluten Free Diet

Hi Seas,

Nice to meet you too, this is a small world now with the internet. I too was surprised at how many foods have gluten in them, I just stick to the ones that say gluten, wheat, free. I have to say my psoriasis is looking better now since I've been gluten free, almost gone away. So maybe it is working and I have to give it more time. I'm just sick of this whole thing, go from never being sick to this.

I always wanted to move to B.C, maybe I'll get there one day.
