I was just told I had iron-deficeint anemia this week, I already had anemia of chronic disease. I wonder if people using this stuff herxed, or if they just felt better without herxing. It seems whatever I do it involves herxing, for example, the sauna, AP and even fasting and elimination diets I have herxed.

Bacteria loves iron…
Does every kind of bacteria love iron or just certain types? I wish I had medical training.
