    I am a 42 yo women diagnosed 2.5 years go with en coup de sabre. I opted not to do the methotrexate, but I feel the lesion is moving down towards the eye…there is currently a dent in the eyebrown and the lid feels tight. I lost my inner upper lashes more than 10 years ago. The dermatologist I am seeing in NY tells me metho is my only option.

    Would AP work for this type of schleroderma?

    Hi LL,

    If you do a search with the word ‘sabre’ in this forum, you will see many posts on the subject. It does look to me like minocycline can work for this disease.
