    Are there any others who see Dr A? I have my first appointment coming up in a couple of weeks.
    I’ve been waiting for 3 years to see her, just wondering what to expect first couple of appointments.
    Information from her website says that many of the tests/treatments offered are out of pocket
    and I wonder if any are routine? Please don’t misunderstand me, I am not knocking them/her, just
    have very limited funds.

    You are both so lucky to have gotten into her. I recently called her office only to be told she was no longer doing AP but changing her field of practice to bioidentical hormones. Maybe you can put in a good word for those of us still desparate to get a doctor here in Ontario
