    I do see a rheumatologist also here in the Des Moines area, he does not believe in the Antibiotic Therapy and pushes Prednisone. I was also taking Methotrexate but have weaned myself off of it just before I started the Antibiotics. I am only 9 weeks into my therapy I have noticed small improvements but hoping for major ones soon!

    HII AM NEW TO THE FORUM AND NEEDING HELP TO UNDERTAND THE DISEASE AND I DO A LOT OF RESEARCH BUCH I WAS DIAGNOSED 6 MONTHS AGO AND IT HAS BEN UP AND DOWN HOWEVER THE DOCTORS TRIED ME ON EVERY THING AND SEEMED TO NOT HAVE UNDERSTOOD WHAT IT WAS AND HOW YOU GET IT BUT IF YOU STARTED TE PROTOCOL IM NEEDED TO KNOW TH DOCTORS THAT ARE CLOE TO ME I LIVE IN TEXAS ANY INFORMATIO WILL HELP.

    where in Texas do you live? I live in Houston, TX but see a doctor in Lufkin, TX.
