I am crazily looking for a post from someone who said she does not drink cranberry juice with mino. Did I imagine it? 😉
This new post might elicit answers about whether it is fine to drink cranberry juice, either directly with the mino or within any certain window of time. Orange juice was also doubtful. When I searched on this site, most posters talked about the benefits of cranberry juice, especially for yeast infections. We all know that calcium and other minerals can lessen effectiveness slightly, but juices full of Vitamin C?
I’ll have to look for some articles on this topic, but want to tap your collective knowledge.
