    OK so I watch scholarly presentations on youtube and study a lot. I came across rheumatologists from the Cleveland Clinic expressing a lot of hope for an upcoming drug called Apremilast. It specifically will be a great treatment for PsA. I have done a lot of studying about it and how it works. Does anybody else know anything about it. It is a small molecule therapy that can be taken orally and have similar effects to the biologics. Should be out next year.

    Hi There is much discussion whether it is more effective than humira or not –Naturally Celgene is beating the drums for this –approval expected in 2014 –
