    Do not have the rash.
    Do have painful/swollen joints.
Did have low grade fevers, fatigue, depression.

I have late onset RA.  I learned that RA can have a late onset, after 60.

andikempf – welcome! From what I've read Still's Disease is primarily a form of JRA. It is rare in adults and most of those cases begin at around 30-35. What came up for me in terms of your symptoms is that they would also fit a Lyme Disease profile. Again, a very large percentage of LD patients never expereince a rash. It may be worth getting tested. Lynnie

andikempf – not sure which lab you used to get tested. It apparently makes a great deal of difference. You may like to use the search function and perhaps type in something like Lyme lab tests and take a look at discussions on this. Lynnie
