    hi all,
my doctor has advised me to have the flu jabs asap as we have the dreaded swine flu going around.. i really don’t know what to do.
i don’t want to disregard what my doctor is saying but i really am scared to put anything into my body. i have diffuse scleroderma and am scared it will make my symptoms worse..
any advise that anyone can give me would be greatly appreciated.
    thanks claire.x 😕

    Hi Claire,

Good decision or bad decision…..don’t know for sure, but I do not get flu shots for pretty much the same reason you stated in not wanting to introduce one more thing into an immune system that is already out of whack.

    Take care…..kim

My understanding is that Flu shots have thermisol in them. This is mercury! Mercury is very hard to get rid of in the body and it does cross the blood brain barrier. They put it in the shots to act as a preservative.
Heavy Metal poisoning is more common than one thinks.
I had all my almagams (13) replaced just to get the mercury out of my mouth about 3 yrs ago. Then I went on a mercury detox program that lasted for about 1 year. A good short video to view is at this site and I recommend anyone with silver fillings to watch it. http://www.iaomt.org/ click on the smoking teeth video.

My opinion is to steer far away from these flu shots and give your body a chance to do what it was created to do. Build its own antibodies and fight all that it can and should on its own. It is hard enough for it to fight all these excess infections and adding heavy metals to our body could overwhelm it even more. Just my opinion though.

Hi–Firstly -single dose units of the flu vaccine do not contain thimerosol –it is now only in the larger multi use units as found in hospitals and public health facilities —An individual doctor would have the one dose unit which is free of thimerosol —-as to the vaccine –I never fail to get a llu shot every year –and have never had any reaction nor did it affect me in any way –If one gets swine flu the consequences could be very severe -especially with folks with poor immune systems –when one looks at fatalities from the flu -it is invariable accompanied by the mention that the person had an underlying illness —I personally would never fail to get the yearly flu shot —

Can’t help here .. but really glad I don’t get the flu, haven’t had the flu for years, because I am allergic to eggs I can’t have the flu vaccines !!

Over here our doctors still maintain that the regular flu is no worse really than swine flu .. but if you have underlying issues it is always suggested to have the vaccine.

My AP doc (Dr. F) in Riverside told me today to stay far away from vaccines, especially the H1N1. I really respect him, so I’m going to heed his advice.

    Hope this helps.

I never had a flu shot in my life and have to say did not have flu for many years. Recently my daughter had mild flu with high temps lasting for 5-6 days but I did not get it from her despite a very close contact. I avoid it by strengthening my immune system by supplements, detox and diet. I wash hands really frequently as well. And take vitamin D!

I worry about increasing pathogenic load and trigerring some immune reactions. I do not vaccinate my kids either. Instead, I strengthen their immune system.

No flu shot here either, the two times I had the flu shot I was very sick for a long time. I had the flu at three different occasions and I feel like the two times I had the shot were just as bad as when I had the real stuff, and that was many, many years ago when I was a lot younger.
I had a pneumonia shot and it almost did me in, ended up in the hospital with a piece of my lung removed, so never one of those either.

I never had a flu shot and I don’t like all the ingredients in the vaccine, they are troublesome in my opinion. So it’s a no for me too.

thanks eberyone for the replies, i am very greatful.

i did have the swine flu jab and i was absolutely fine, the nurse did say though that i must NEVER have the swine flu and regular flu jab in one i have to have seperate jabs as it would be way to much for my immune system to cope with. I am booked in to have the regular flu jab in a couple of weeks.

That is such a hard decision to make. Nobody will be able to make it for you, even if they try to see things from your perspective. I don’t think, after all the reading I have done, that I will ever take the flu shot again. Not with jeopardized immune system. Being on AP does help. I don’t get sick when the flu is around but I do notice how my immune system keeps being affected by the additional bugs floating around. When exposed to them, I get additionally tired, overwhelmed, etc. All the symptoms get exacerbated when it’s the “flu time”. It’s always a very individual decision. Whatever you decide, feel very good about it! Once you make the decision, do not get affected by different view-points. From the purely energetic point of view, you will only benefit from seeing your own decision as a superior one. Whatever resonates with you, stick to it, and hold the image within your mind that your choice is making you healthier, stronger, ever more wholesome. Warm wishes, Krys
