    Don’t forget magnesium. Too many people supplement with calcium and completely ignore their need for magnesium. Generally speaking, one should take both.

    Psoriatic Arthritis: 250mg Azithromycin tue,thur,sat; Plaquenil 200mg daily; 100mg Minocycline TABLET M,W,F; Doxycycline 100mg Tue, thur, sat, sun; twice daily 400mg Pentoxifylline;100mcg Levotyroxine; 4mg LDN at bedtime. Have been using some level of Minocycline since 2008

    After all /kale/ I have started to eat natto every day. 20 g of natto provides me with about 200 mcg of MK7. I buy it in nicely packed portions of 40g. It’s an untasty small bean. I have read a book by Kate Rheaume-Bleue and want to try it. If it doesn’t work, I will go for tablets.

    RA tried everything: Methotraxate, Arava, Humira. Pneumonia three times. Anemia Very low iron Hypothyroidism
    AP from April 2014 till August 2015. No luck.
    Current medications: Oroxine, Mobic, Panadol Osteo, supplements incl. milk thistle, NAC, vitamins and minerals.
    MTHFR heterozygous
