Supplements for menopause, advice please.

M, believe me I would like to have all the tests available but you have to understand the health system here in the UK is so different to the US. I am struggling to pay for AP let alone a whole load of saliva tests. I know from talking to other RA sufferers on other forums here in the UK ,there are so many that would choose this option of treatment, but they just cannot afford to do so. The reason I ask for suggestions/advice on supplements is because it enables me to affordably treat myself.

There are some here in the U.S. who can’t afford all the tests also. They are not covered by insurance and are out of reach for some with limited budgets. Its great if you have found something that works.
