    This has been posted before, but I find lidocaine patches helpful when very stressed.

    I use it when my hip or back hurts. Many times I cut the patch in half and that helps when I need it on a small area.

    I had to pick the prescription up, doctor couldn’t fax it to the pharmacy because it is considered a controlled substance. Surprize.
