    Wobenzym are systemic enzymes…supposedly help break down fibrin and thus assist with pain relief…I personally didn't notice any difference in my pain levels while taking them, but many people have had great success.

    I tried these digestive enzymes–no help to me for arthritis, and very expensive. Strikes me as a good product though.

    Sierra;
           Most people have less digestive enzymes in their stomacks as they age and that is why you see all the old dears popping Tums.What they really need are enzymes as they have incomplete digestion that leads to reflux.
        Woben is terribly expensive so just get a really good brand that has the same ingredients plus others,at the health food store.Taken away from meals they help inflamation,with meals they help digestion.
