I can’t believe that I have not had 1 SD symptom in the last 6 months.I had bee feeling quite well for the last few years and often would forget to take the doxy but if I did not take any for more than a week the SD would come back
This summer I would forget and not take any for a few days and nothing happened so I extended the experiment and low and behold NO PROBLEMS.I always wake up a bit stiff but feel like is an age problem since I turned 78 yesterday Hopefully 21 years of AP has done the trick although I really should not count on it.The only thing I have done differently in the last year is intermitent fasting.
Merry Christmas everyone, hope you can follow in my foot steps
