What happened now ?

I have used ap now for some months, had a big success! have felt better and better! and now a week ago …. I awoke in the morning … stiff? giant swollen hands again .. feel generally bad again .. not as much as before but I've taken a step back ..

Could it be diet related?  Too much sugar, carbs, alcohol?

no I can not say I ate more sugar than usual. or alcohol for that matter ..
took tests today, had a lot of white blood cells in urine? what does this mean?
