    There is an article about niacinamide /B3/ in the last issue of Nexus. It is not niacin but niacinamide.

    By Dr Jonathan V. Wright. In the 1940s, Dr William Kaufman proved that niacinamide, a form of vitamin B3, relieves osteoarthritis pain and inflammation. It can also help in preventing joint replacement surgery

    RA tried everything: Methotraxate, Arava, Humira. Pneumonia three times. Anemia. Very low iron. Hypothyroidism
    AP from April 2014 till August 2015. No luck.
    Current medications: Natural thyroid, Mobic, LDN, supplements incl. milk thistle, NAC, vitamins and minerals.
    MTHFR heterozygous
