    thanks for the article. Really good.
    Probiotics are clearly essential, but I think I may have “overdosed” on them.
    I was taking very high dose capsules, along with drinking kefir, kombucha, eating raw cheese, pickles and other ferments.
    When I did all that together, I developed some allergy-like symptoms that plague me to this day (its been one year). I think I may have developed an allergy to either a common fungus or yeast. Or could be SIBO, I dont know. Seeing a gastro person soon to try to figure it out.

    Autoimmune: ANA positive speckled. Probable MCTD with SD overlap. Hashimoto's. Possible Erlos Danlos. Mold Illness.
    Infections: Bartonella, toxoplasmosis, mycoplasma, EBV
    Meds: minocycline (Zydus generic) 100mg 1x daily,
    Supps: digestive enzymes, Monolaurin, Betaine hydrochloric acid, iron, quercetin, biocidin
