Hi On the 6:30 CBS news tonight ,they examined Ranbaxy again –while it is old news- they delved much more into Ranbaxys activities such as falsifying data and purposely making many of their generics under strength so they were not bio equivalent to the brand –An interesting fact emerged — in the US there is an inspector for every nine plants -in India an inspector for every 108 plants —I have been practicing what I preach no Indian generics for me –US Europe or Indian plants in the US are fine –I have no problems at all with my pharmacist he just has to exert a bit more effort to satisfy my demand —
