    Have now been on Minocin 100mg daily for about 3 months I think and it made a big difference, keeping up the inner health plus and also vitamin c for skin discolouration. Even tried some mild excercise and it did not hurt my joints just normal stiffness from being so unfit. Nodules are still there in my hands but no restriction, some limitations of movement in one arm and knee and bottom of feet. Am now thinking of trying Neprinol to clean up the insides but not sure if this is useful or not-bit hard to figure out how to research these things without a chemistry degree. So think I am doing really well but want to be much better and cut back on the anti-biotics. chrysalis

    One year on protocol-increased minocin to 100mg per day but stopped being able to tolerate probiotics so ditched them. Added ester-c and SAD powder for generally being sick of having a disease. I have 3 monthly phone appointments with nutritional specialist last one being Thursday the 8th December. Most significant news is my Anti-ccp levels are down, my specialist said that Rheumatologists insist that this level will not change once you have RA-ha ha mine did!
    I have not had one episode of joint inflammation that has restricted movement and fatigue levels improved after a down turn over winter-my vitaminD levels had dropped again so now they are back up to 137 which is good.
    Next week we are going to add one dose of clindomycin per week for 3 months then at the end of that period I will go off everything for one month and then do more blood tests to see what is happening-should be interesting.
