    I was given Prednisone for dermatitis. I took 20 mmg, had upset stomach, severe acid reflux. Nausea is a side effect. I cannot take Prednisone

    Any other bad reactions?

    Hi Jan,

    That’s interesting. My understanding is that prednisone is supposed to be taken early in the morning (preferably). In addition, it can cause insomnia when it’s taken late in the day.

    I was prescribed 2 daily doses. One in the morning ànd one at night. I also had read it is recommended to take in the morning
