Maybe try Dr. Mercola’s children’s chewable vitamins. They have the right folate and methyl b and looks pretty good to me.

IGG food allergy to wheat, egg, and dairy...probably all grains
Vit. C&D, probiotics, milk thistle, turmeric, fish oil, methyl b 12, methyl folate, digestive enzymes, Candisol, Ubiquinol, berberine, chlorella, Moducare, LDN, monolaurin, Triphala, Patriot Greens, Paractin

    Hi Linda,
I also have MTHFR (homozygous C677t) and take various vitamins recommended to me by my doctors. For a multi that has all the B’s in usable form., I take Thorne Basic Nutrients (https://www.thorne.com/products/dp/basic-nutrients-2-day). I am sure there are other brands out there. Good luck!
