I now have mild lymphedema in my right arm. I’m sure it is stress related. I’ve read good to protect, rest, elevate, no ice or heat. Also risk factors are RA and age. Anyone dealt with this?

You may want to go ahead and find a Lymphedema specialist in your area to do lymphatic drainage and fit you with a compression sleeve. It is always best to start fighting back early as opposed to late. A family member has had left arm swelling for over 20 years due to lymph node removal following mastectomy. She still has great quality of life with it but it is a bother. Hers was surgery related.

Flare fall of 2014...muscle aches, joint pains, fatigue, hair loss, rashes, etc.
RA Factor 71 in Jan 2015 down to 25 as of September 2017
    DR4/DQ8 HLA...biotoxin illness
IGG food allergy to wheat, egg, and dairy...probably all grains
Vit. C&D, probiotics, milk thistle, turmeric, fish oil, methyl b 12, methyl folate, digestive enzymes, Candisol, Ubiquinol, berberine, chlorella, Moducare, LDN, monolaurin, Triphala, Patriot Greens, Paractin
    MTHFR compound heterozygous
