    Hi Lynnie,

    I did read on another post about what is happening with this site, so I'll just sit and wait with anticipation when I can relax at home and read all the posts!  Cheers to everyone.

    what is ABX?


    abx is a common shorthand for antibiotics. Rx is shorthand for prescribe, dx is shorthand for diagnosis. Below are some abbreviations for different rheumatic diseases and medications. Lynnie

    AS = Ankylosing Spondylitis
    AP = Antibiotic Protocols
    CFS = Chronic Fatigue Syndrome
    CNS = Central nervous System
    CREST = Calcinosis, Raynaud's Phenomenon, Esophageal Motility Disorders, Sclerodactyly, Telangiectasia
    DIL = Drug Induced Lupus
    FMS = Fibromyalgia Syndrome
    JRA = Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis
    MCTD = Mixed Connective Tissue Disease
    MTX = methotrexate
    PsA/PA = Psoriatic Arthritis
    pred = prednisone
    RA = Rheumatoid Arthritis
    RS = Reiter's Syndrome
    SD = Scleroderma
    SLE = Systemic Lupus Erythematosus
    SS = Sjogren's Syndrome

    Diet: no gluten, dairy, sulphites, low salicylates
    Supps: 600mg N-AC BID, 1000mg Vit C, P5P 40mg, zinc picolinate 60mg, Lithium orotate 20mg, Magnesium Oil, Bio-identical hormones (DHEA + Prog + Estrog)
