Linda – you can’t buy N-AC here over the counter (you can in the US). It’s an amino acid and is quite legal, they just don’t sell it OTC here. And I don’t think brand makes any difference with this one. I usually buy mine from eBay and generally choose NOW brand as the quantity/price deal seems the best. I take 1 x 600mg cap morning and evening.
