    Hi Zoofie,

I wish I could say something to help you.  All I know is that I feel scared and unsure and SORE like you do right now.  My knees are really bad too and my wrists.

All I can suggest is that you perhaps need to consider traveling to see a doctor who is experienced in using the Antibiotic Protocol.  That way you won't have so many unanswered questions and will have a good plan of action in place.  Also maybe try as many of the detox strategies as you can: see question #6

I do the baths and the lemon olive oil drink and they seem to help.

Feel free to private message me if you want to chat or just vent.

    Sending you hugs XXXXXX

    Hi Sofie,

Consider asking your doctor for a prescription for nabumetone (Relafen), etodolac (Lodine), or meloxicam (Mobic). The NSAID will help reduce the pain and inflammation. Reducing inflammation is important because it helps the antibiotic penetrate the inflamed tissue.

Since your doctor told you to take (eat) the tetracyklin (tetracycline) every day, I would try that. With daily dosing you will get more of an anti-inflammatory effect from the tetracyklin.

Stop eating foods that are known to cause problems for people with rheumatic diseases: eggplant, potatoes, tomatoes, and peppers of all kinds (e.g., cayenne, chili peppers, paprika, pimento, green peppers, bell peppers, sweet peppers, etc.), all dairy products (e.g., milk, cheese, ice cream, yogurt, whey, etc.) and eggs. Of course, that is only a suggestion. However, I cannot stress enough how powerful this is. Although it does not help everyone, it does help most people. And for the people it helps, it can be more effective than many of the drugs doctors prescribe. I believe that it's the main reason why I've never needed anything stronger than ibuprofen (usually a low dose).

By the way, sweet potatoes should not be a problem. They are a member of the morning glory family, and are not closely related to potatoes.
