How come people only use Doxy, Mino, or Azitro?

How come I don’t see anyone here using Vancomycine / Zyvox for long term. I know these drugs are dangerous but what happens if your bug is resistant to most drugs used by roadback folks? this seems to be the case in my situation.

If you read carefully this is a long term approach –it looks like you want instant gratification which wont work here –If you know these drugs are dangerous -in your own words -why take them ??? THe tetracyclines are more or less harmless with some easy monitoring using blood tests —
