Recently, notice on CBC the absolute lymphocytes have gone over 4000 range. I typically get blood work done every months. As of last two months the absolute lympocytes value have went form 3800 to 4296.

Does anyone here have suggestion on what this may be? I understand there are viral cause of high lymphocytes but that is for acute illness from what I understand.

Look it up on the internet. My lymphs are always a little low. Around the 850 range. I have heard that lymphocytes and neutrophils add up to be 100%. So if your neutrophils are low your lymphs will be high and vice versa. This is true with me. Have you found this to be true as well?
