I said I would post here when I have some interesting info on supplements.I also told you how facinating the B vitamins are.I finally found a bit of time to find English equivalents. There is a ton of double blind ,peer reviewed info but dug around for the easiest to understand for those that don’t have a science background.
I think I told you about ATP,the spark plug,so to speak,of our systems.Athletes and dancers often use the phrase”hitting the wall” and that is a good description of what happens when we run out of it and that is caused by lactic acid in the muscles.Burning muscles and not an ounce of energy.I suspect that this has to do with SDers constant exaustion since we know that most of our immune system is in the gut and when it goes wrong so does the body.A bad gut9malabsorbtion) cannot use much of the vitamins we eat so supplementation is often needed for the 8 different B vitamins.

Biotin is one of the most important ones for skin, hair and nails. If you ever see someone asking for a solution for thinning hair you can pass this along.
