    Hi all
I have AS more than 15 yrs.Non-starch Diet and “kickas.org” helps me a lot.But now I feel that progress has stalled.I want to consult an experienced AP or RBF doctor who is willing to help AS patients for further treatment.Could you give me any introduction?I am in Shanghai China.

    Hi Wisdom and welcome,

If you jot an email to apdoctorlists@roadback.org and ask for the contact info of the experienced AP doctor in Iowa, you will be sent his contact info. He is semi-retired now and we understand he has taken some time off recently, but you can try to email him for advice on how to begin treatment.

Alternatively, you can either follow the protocols as laid out in the Pulsed or Daily Protocols on the main site. There are also different protocols on the CPN Help website, or those laid out by a rheumatologist in Florida, Dr. J.D. Carter, specifically for reactive arthritides. Links below:

If you can find a local doctor who is open to help you, then the doctor in Iowa is also very kind to consult with doctors willing to help their patients.

I hope this helps in some way?
