Hello everyone. I have a friend who has a nine year old diagnosed with ankylo spondylitis. Does the antibiotic protocol work for this disease? Thanks for your help, JoAnn

    Hello, JoAnn:

I would not attempt the normal protocol to treat AS, but instead recommend a combinational therapeutic approach that includes diet, regrettably, along with cycles of antibiotics. This disease can be overcome easily, but only with full patient participation and it should be treated aggressively sooner, before any damage occurs. The http://www.kickas.org site has good information on the dietary approach. I would be willing to share my own AP for AS, also, if they are interested.

Thank You, for helping out a fellow spondy!

    John
