    While an alkaline diet encompasses many many healthy foods —IMO there is way too much hype –its a healthy diet not a miracle diet –I dont buy in to “miracles and cure-alls -“””

    Right on Richie,one can’t acidify or alkalyse the body as it is self regulating.People that advocate such things are in it for $$$ or are just plain ignorant.They are the same ones that would probably advocate for ionizing foot baths that are pure SCA<
