O'Dell 4 Year Followup Study - 8/99

Four years after the initial 6 month study on minocycline for early RA, 65% of the patients experienced 50% or better improvement and 40% of those patients achieved remission without use of DMARDs. The followup has shown the greatest improvement comes after 9 months to a year of treatment.
