    I just returned from CVS to see if they can get the brand name minocin and the answer is no, the manufacturer is not making it. The generic CVS carries is Zydus. The capsule looks 2 tone brown or pink. Not pelletized. Zydus is a US company, but I’m wondering if the minocycline is the old Teva. Does anyone know?
    I think rather than trying a non-pelletized version, I will order from Canada. Has anyone had experience with the pelletized from Canada?

    thanks

    Hi Angelina;
    I live in Canada and we can’t get any pelleted either.Our Teva generic works just as well(thank God) but I have heard that Teva in the U.S is not good.Phil is the guru of minocycline so scroll down and look at his old posts.

    Hi Lynne,

    Thanks for your reply. I went to BuyLowDrugs.com and saw they have a pelletized “brand” name from the UK. I thought I’d try that.

    Yes, it is. See my reply in an earlier discussion.
