    I drink tumeric tea, and tip it into my green smoothie every morning – but this made me reach for another cup!

    2013 Poor gut & low white blood cells. Jan 2014 RA symptoms. Diet - no gluten/dairy/nightshades/sugar. Started AP in Oct 2014. On Mino MTWTF. RA improved but still there. Many supplements.

    Enjoyed listening to this show, Cath. Thanks for sharing. I use a form of turmeric – curcumin in liposomal form, which may be okay but wondering now if the powdered form (with food) is the ideal. It’s spurred me on to do a bit more research as it’s something I’ve meant to do, but put on the back burner. I had read that it’s important to source a good organic form, free of pesticides/herbicides and heavy metals. Thanks again – was aware of the cancer-protective effects and just loved the melanoma success story st the end.
