I live in Mesa, Az. and there is a clinic here called The Helen Foundation.  They practice what is called Microdose Therapy with Cortisol.  They claim the average sympton relief time is 80-85 days.  They treat RA, Fibromyalgia, and Osteoarthritis.  I plan to investigate them further but would like to know if any of you folks have heard of them and if so, what you have heard.

    Fredam,

I lived in Yuma and I too was intrigued by the Helen Foundation and what they had to offer.  My condition was deteriorating so fast that I literally bought into their program.  It certainly helped with my daily struggles and pains but it was only a quick fix with cortisone for about 11 months and then the cortisone was not working as it should.  I called it the bandaid therapy because it didn't  really get to the root of  our problem.  I wouldn't recommend it bcause it is a temporary fix and cortisone has significant side effects even though they recommend low doses.  Hope this helps with your decision.
