As I stumbled and bumbled through my research I came across a lot of literature that minocycline prevents bone erosions. I missed that part of AP. It could be a real benefit in PsA where bone erosions can cause quite a few problems.

I have been on Minocycline since 2008 for Psoriatic arthritis. I don’t have any evidence of bone erosion. In 2013 I had to add methotrexate because Minocycline alone would not control my level of pain.

Psoriatic Arthritis: 100mg Minoz Minocycline TABLET daily; twice daily 400mg Pentoxifylline;125mcg Levotyroxine: Have been using some level of Minocycline since 2008
