Just stopping by to say my treatment plan is still the same as it was when I last posted last year. Everything is stable and I continue to use 100mg Minocyline M,W,F and 4mg LDN at bedtime. I take an Advil in the morning and a Tylenol at bedtime. I continue to be pretty much pain free and don’t restrict any physical activity, although I am only playing golf once per week. I have not been on this website recently due to buying a different house in December and 2 trips to Italy for the company I retired from. At 67 I am sucessfully treating ED with a herbal formulation approach which has worked well over the last 7 years. I am spending some time on an ED support group website trying to convince people that the herbal approach does work and Viagra is dangerous. I tried Viagra and hated it. It made me dizzy and caused problems swallowing food.

I am glad Your treatment plan has worked so well for You. I have AS and along with metabolic X syndrome developed LowT that partially explained my ED (that got so bad I did things that I once never even thought possible, relationship-wise). Although most of that issue has cleared up thanks to supplementation, I am always interested in hearing about other approaches, so if You have the support group site link that would be very nice and hopefully not considered advertising (You could PM me, if that would be more appropriate).
I wish You much continued success in every way,
John
