    Woods 1977,

Good for you! I know of another former AP person that is doing Paleo and feels that it’s made a big difference in her life.

I’m currently doing the McDougall diet, and I feel it has definitely helped me overall.

Wishing you the best going forward!

    Good news, Woods

Diet definitely makes a big difference for me too – no dairy, sugar, gluten, or red meat. I do sometimes break it when out – it is too hard to avoid everything I don’t eat, or I would never go out 😥 However, breaking it has a reasonably immediate effect, bringing back fatigue/ more aches/pains – all of which I can relieve after a day or two back on my safety diet. After three months, it has the become the norm – surprisingly few cravings.

2013 Poor gut & low white blood cells. Jan 2014 RA symptoms. Diet - no gluten/dairy/nightshades/sugar. Started AP in Oct 2014. On Mino MTWTF. RA improved but still there. Many supplements.
