Good question! I really don’t know. I guess that would be a question for him. I just know that what he says makes sense and his protocol has helped so many. It’s worth a try! Implementing some things here and there, little by little. I’ve not finished his two books I bought, so maybe he covers that? If so, I’ll let you know.

I am so glad I am off gluten dairy and eggs. I tested allergic to them. He talks about all three of these in his talk. At least I am doing one thing right! I think it is time for a nutritionist though. I am so bored with food. And LDN is an appetite suppressant. Some people use it just for that. I definitely don’t need help in that department. Current medications: Natural thyroid, Mobic, supplements,
vitamins and minerals.
