Now this is where the Catalyst Program (on ABC in Australia) got its information from (I posted links to parts 1 and 2). And it’s in Boulder Colorado……… I have spent some time looking over the Human Food Project website (and related links) and, again, I am amazed at the vision and the reach of the various strands of this project
Plus you can join their ‘American Gut’ project and find out what microbes are in your gut…..(open to non-U.S. citizens also but cost is greater)
