I had some blood work done recently. My PCP felt all was normal, but I’m not so sure. I had an ANA screen done which was positive. The pattern was homogenous and the titer was 1:40. Does anyone know if these are concerning?

I’ve been struggling with psoriatic arthritis as well as vocal tremors.

Many healthy people would test the same. It is as close to negative as it can be without being negative. If you have to have an ANA this is the titer you would want to have.
