So a week into my protocol doxy, flagyl & rifampin I’m getting severe tachy feeling (heart palpitation). Is this Herx or side effects?

I am on Clarithromycin (Biaxin) for Lyme/RA and after 3 months I develop heart palpitations. Although all my pain goes away from the Abx, it is very unsettling to have this happen. So I go off it, and then the palpitations go away but the pain comes back. I was told to try a different kind of antibiotics… but nothing takes the pain away as this. Also stumped, but in my case it is not herxing. I know it is a side effect, and not pleasant. I hope this helps
