Which is better for tissue penetration?
WhichEver IT Is I Plan On Taking THE Meds For A While. Like I said I stopped flagyl and withing 48 hrs all my arhtirits ie reactive arthritis came back.
Typically I fo 14 days flagyl and rest for few days.
Hi Ben,
Both drugs penetrate into the prostate. Since you’ve had better results with Flagyl, I would stick with that.
The results of this research study suggest that metronidazole (Flagyl) may be the better choice when treating prostatitis:
Nitroimidazoles in the canine prostate, vagina, and urethra.
