    Ok, so I’m one step closer to a diagnosis. On tuesday i see the rheumy and hopefully he confirms the dx and i can get on with things. I do have a question. If the rheumy is more comfortable with doxy (interesting how he worries about the side effects of minocycline but has offered to give me prednisone without even a diagnosis) rather than mino what is the best brand to get here in canada? I know that the teva/novo is best for minocycline but what is the best doxycycline? thanks

    Hi,

    I would try to get Teva-Doxycycline capsules. If you can’t get those then let me know what you can get and we’ll go from there.

    thanks PhilC, i’m still hoping for the mino but we’ll see. at this point i’ll take what he’ll give me!
