Did you change the brand of generic minocycline you were taking? Just curious, because I started out on Ranbaxy and then switched to Teva brand. Somewhere during this switch I started having some side effects..ringing in my ears, skin discoloration and a little vision problem. I have just switched back to the Ranbaxy (I still had some on hand). Will see if the ringing in my ears stops. I thought minocycline in general was causing my problems, but it may just be that particular generic was causing my problem.

    Hi John,

Good job. At some point you might want to try switching out the doxy on MWF for minocycline. Even though mino by itself stopped working, you may find that it is effective when used in combination with the other antibiotics.
