    Hi all. I have been having some hand issues lately. Burning hands and very sensitive skin on my hands. I can see some mild inflammation between the tendons. I don’t know if this is part of raynauds or not. I do know that my veins surface very easily in hot weather and I can see the veins on the palm of my hands when I experience temperature changes. Does anyone else get this and if so, is it raynauds? Thanks.

    Hi Stacy;
    Burning hands is just part of SD that preceeds the curling inwards and yes,that feels like burning.Stopping SD is like stopping a freight train,it takes a long time and you have not been on AP long enough.
    When you have a raynaud’s attack the hands get cold and go white.As the circulation returns they turn purple and thenback to normal as yes,that does burn.
