    Has anyone run across using Bupropion to modulate TNF-alpha. There was a patent issued on it in 2005.

    Psoriatic Arthritis: 100mg Minoz Minocycline TABLET daily; twice daily 400mg Pentoxifylline;125mcg Levotyroxine: Have been using some level of Minocycline since 2008

    Hi Vinny,

    I don’t have an answer for you on that, but I did learn of another drug that works (possibly one of several mechanisms) by affecting TNF-alpha: sulfasalazine.
