Eva, if you're just having the basic Western Blot run, then you don't need to stop your antibiotics. I believe some tests, like PCR, need a washout period from abx, but not for the Western Blot. You can call IGeneX again just to confirm, though I expect Dr K will know all this.
No specific time of day for testing is needed and you don't need to fast for the Western Blot, because it's an antibody test.
